At Seasonal Wreaths we value our customers above everything. If a accidently chose the wrong wreath and you want to exchange it for another, you have 5 days of purchasing to contact us, including a valid proof of purchase. For an exchange the product must not of been damaged in this time or it waives your right to exchange.

If for any reason the customer receives a damaged product, an exchange for the same product or an alternative product can be organised on request. Postage will be covered by Seasonal Wreaths for the following: Incorrect Product received , Product Damaged on delivery or Poor Quality Product. If the customer would like a refund instead, a full return will be offered within the 5 Days of Purchase. The return of the product will be organised between Seasonal Wreaths and the customer.
